   All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly approved by management in writing. This includes advance payments, milestone payments, strategy fees, and service retainers.

5. Management Discretion

6. Partial Refunds

7. Payment Disputes
   Any disputes must be raised with complete details. Submission of a dispute does not guarantee a refund.

   All payments are made via bank transfer. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs will be borne by the client. If a refund is approved, deductions may apply.

9. GST and Taxes
   All payments are subject to applicable GST and taxes as per Indian law. Taxes once paid are non-refundable.
